In 2018 we ran an RFP to choose a new partnership that fits all the necessities of our club. The winner of this competition was NewC. It has been a very good experience to work with them because it’s probably the first time that a club in Brazil has had software developed specifically for their needs. The synergy between our team and the NewC team has been fantastic. Now we are working on a new app with them to further improve the fan experience.
As a football club, it’s vital to have the right, coherent solution that will secure and grow the strong relations between fans, sponsors, and the club. NewC has proven themselves as exactly the right partner to help us achieve this.
We spent a long time finding the right partner to help us upgrade the stadium experience for fans and sponsors. Many different providers wanted the job, but we chose NewC. Our partnership is a long-term, mutual, strategic partnership which – over time – might expand to other digital ares where Malmö FF wishes to upgrade the user experience for the joy and benefit of all club stakeholders.

We have strong ambitions to create a better experience for our fans and sponsors, and partnering with NewC equals a considerable improvement in that area here at Right to Dream Park. In the future, we seek to make the journey for the fans much better and more interesting – from logging on and ordering a ticket to returning from the match. We’re very happy with the NewC partnership, and the collaboration as well as the new ticketing system will help us attract more spectators to our matches.
Together with NewC, we’ve been able to provide a good stadium experience for fans and sponsors at Aalborg Portland Park for more than eight years and counting.
Choosing NewC has turned out to be a perfect match for Randers FC. In close collaboration with NewC, we have developed our ticketing system and access control so that they fully match big clubs domestically and abroad. Sparring and working together with NewC has given us the right solution and a foundation to develop our platforms even more in the future.
We chose NewC as our new provider of ticketing, access control and cash register system, since we wanted to take a quantum leap in these areas in connection with the construction of our new stadium in 2017. We’re absolutely thrilled about the partnership that has helped optimize the service level we’re able to offer our guests at JYSK Park.
